Available to all NHS and HSCP staff, including care home staff working in the statutory, independent and third sectors in the Highland area, and volunteers supporting health and social care services. Also available to GPs and staff in other community roles.
Reciprocal arrangements are available for staff who would prefer to seek help through another Board.

Employee Assistance Programme (Validium) provides access to telephone counselling and a range of specialist information services.

NHS Highland Chaplaincy Service offers support to staff by creating opportunities to talk about the issues that matter most and the impact that work has on us all.
Available to: NHS Highland staff, patients and relatives

Psychological resilience hub offers psychological first aid and signposting by phone or virtual appointment.
Available to: Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) staff based in Highland

A self referral form can be completed and followed by offer of telephone or face to face virtual appointment. Cases are triaged and allocated according to level of need and case complexity, and managed by clinicians with the appropriate skill set.
