The following organisations have told us about the support available for their staff and we have compiled a list here. If you would like to add your organisation, please get in touch.

Employee Assistance Programme

We Are With You have an Employee Assistance Programme available to all employees and their family members living at the same address.

They can be contacted 24/7 in confidence via Freephone for face-to-face, telephone, or remote counselling.

Other services are available online and can be accessed via Member Login. Login details are available on the intranet.

Available to all Scottish Autism employees.

Through the Employee Assistance Programme you can access free confidential support for any work or personal issues and get advice on staying well 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All Care First calls are answered by trained counsellors. Counselling can be by telephone, face-to-face, or through web chat.

You can also access the Care First Zest App, details of this can be found on the Scottish Autism intranet. This will provide a free online health and wellbeing resource offering a personalised, tailored programme that suits you, plus general health information and support.

You can contact your line manager or HR Business Partner for further information and support.

Welfare Calls: Employee Wellbeing Team

All staff who self-isolate are contacted directly by the Employee Wellbeing Team, who have a welfare call to discuss household circumstance (e.g. who has symptoms in the household, if anything is required).

All staff are advised to keep in contact with their line manager regularly and advised to phone HR if any issues arise as a consequence of COVID-19

Employee Care

24 hours a day, 7 days a week confidential counselling service

Contact via line manager or HR business partner – Available 24/7

Based on an initial call, a counsellor may recommend up to four counselling sessions or put the caller in touch with charities or support groups in their area. Financial and legal advice is also available through this service.
